The recent run of wet summers has made keeping on top of grass growth extremely difficult. For roadside verges in towns and villages, a three-spray CUTAWAY Programme can significantly reduce the current commitment of cutting 12 or 14 times during the course of the year (Programme a).
A three-spray programme will halve the mowing frequency, keeping verges tidier for longer and reducing costs. On less intensively managed rural roads, where verges may only be cut four times a year, a two-spray CUTAWAY Programme could halve the mowing requirement and maintain grass more effectively (Programme b).
